性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：白色或類白色粉末。普遍存在于各類細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞核中。肌肉結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白的一種，肌原纖維細(xì)絲中的主要成分。它是由一條多肽鏈組成。分子構(gòu)型呈球形，有方向性，一般稱球狀肌動(dòng)蛋白(G-肌動(dòng)蛋白)；當(dāng)增加溶液的離子強(qiáng)度，在Mg2+存在下，許多個(gè)(300～400)G-肌動(dòng)蛋白按同一前后方向聚合成長(zhǎng)鏈，稱為纖維狀-肌動(dòng)蛋白(F-肌動(dòng)蛋白)。在肌原纖維細(xì)絲中，以兩條F-肌動(dòng)蛋白鏈相互盤(pán)繞成雙股螺旋
