液相RNase清除劑/去酶及內(nèi)毒素試劑，子科現(xiàn)貨產(chǎn)品及特點(diǎn)：
液相 RNase 清除劑含有特殊化合物，能使溶液中可能污染的微量的 RNase 失活，適合于溶解 RNA 沉淀。同時(shí)它還能用于處理用 DEPC 不能處理的含氨基的溶液，如 Tris、MOPS 等。
1. 滅活溶液中 RNase，60°C20 分鐘處理可滅 1 ug/ml 的 RNase，37°C 20分鐘處理可滅 50 ng/ml RNase。
2. 不影響絕大多數(shù)后續(xù)反應(yīng)，包括逆轉(zhuǎn)錄、RNA合成和 RT-PCR 等反應(yīng)
3. 對(duì) RNase A, RNase 1 和RNase T1有效。
4. 適合于各種緩沖液，包括不能用 DEPC 處理的 Tris 及 MOPS 等緩沖液。
5. 使用簡(jiǎn)單, 60°C處理 10-20分鐘既可，處理過(guò)的溶液隨還可以再處理。處理后溶液不需高壓滅菌(不同于 DEPC處理)。
6. 本產(chǎn)品含A和B兩種成份，可以在 -20°C保存一年，配成溶液后可以在-20°C保存六個(gè)月。
使用方法
1. 將 120 mg 成份 A 全部加入到 1.5 ml 成份 B中，搖晃致全部溶解，得到20X 的液相 RNase 清除劑，分裝成小包裝放-20°C長(zhǎng)期保存。20X 液相RNase 清除劑溶液的有效期為六個(gè)月。
2. 使用時(shí)在待處理的溶液或反應(yīng)液中加入 1/20 體積的液相 RNase 清除劑（如：100 μl溶液中可加 5 μl液相 RNase 清除劑）。
3. 如果用于溶解提取或純化的 RNA 樣品，需要先用超純水將液相 RNase 清除劑稀釋 20倍，然后直接用于溶解 RNA（深圳子科生物提醒您注意：稀釋后的液相 RNase 清除劑不能長(zhǎng)期保存，只能現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用）。
4. 60°C處理20 分鐘以使污染的 RNase 失活。
5. 冷卻至室溫即可使用，或置于-20°C長(zhǎng)期保存。
6. 對(duì) 60°C處理敏感的酶(如RNA 多聚酶)應(yīng)在 60°C處冷卻后再加入。
7.深圳子科生物提醒您處理過(guò)的溶液隨時(shí)可以再處理（60°C 10-20 分鐘），以去除任何可能發(fā)生的RNase 污染。
8. 如果溶液中有不能用 60°C處理的樣品，也可以用 37°C處理 20 分鐘，但zui多只能滅活 50 ng/ml 的 RNase 。
