用途Purpose of the product：
層間絕緣折邊機(jī)主要用于變壓器線圈層間絕緣紙的折邊，使之在層絕緣的二側(cè)邊緣形成端部絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)。提高了線圈的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、繞制效率、降低材料成本。
Insulation layer edge folding machine is mainly used for insulation layer edge folding of transformer coil, which make insulation structure in both size end of insulation layer. Improving coil mechanical strength and winding efficiency, lower material cost.
This machine overall structure, edge folding principle, operating and control method adopts the same equipment imported form USA. Shorten the development time, assure this machine high productivity, high reliability.
構(gòu)成Configuration：
1）開卷裝置、2）引導(dǎo)裝置、3）針孔成型裝置、4）折邊通道、5）壓型裝置、6）拖帶裝置7）收卷裝置等組成，8）電器系統(tǒng)及氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等組成。

特點(diǎn)：
1、本折邊機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、折邊成型原理、操作控制方式均仿制美國同類進(jìn)口設(shè)備。
2、可以有效提高線圈的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、繞制效率、降低材料成本。
3、采用變頻調(diào)速方式，使運(yùn)行速度的調(diào)節(jié)具有調(diào)速范圍廣、穩(wěn)定、可靠。
4、氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用模塊化的集中控制方式，采用消聲器，使整機(jī)噪音低。
