連續(xù)式裂解設(shè)備特點與優(yōu)勢：

主爐采用310S不銹鋼材質(zhì)，耐高溫。直徑530mm，長11500mm，壁厚12mm，分為上下兩層。

一、市面上的間歇式裂解設(shè)備間歇工作，一次進(jìn)料裂解一爐，完畢后需等待冷卻方能出渣進(jìn)行下次裂解，廢輪胎熱裂解設(shè)備廠家本設(shè)備通過熱風(fēng)加熱，避免主爐直燒。主爐過多的經(jīng)過加熱冷卻過程會降低使用壽命，增加安全風(fēng)險。

四、對于現(xiàn)行設(shè)備冷凝系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常堵塞的情況，本設(shè)備主爐裂解出的油氣通過上方連接的氣包通入冷凝進(jìn)行冷卻，油氣中冷凝產(chǎn)生的重油與油渣可直接回流到主爐內(nèi)進(jìn)行再次裂解，有效的降低渣油堵塞冷凝管道的幾率。

五、相較于他廠生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備，本設(shè)備配備的渣箱可緩沖廢渣堆積，通過料位計控制出渣量，使生產(chǎn)環(huán)境更加清潔。

六、為了使主爐熱效率提高，本設(shè)備采用保溫性能更好的專用鍋爐棉，比市面上使用的高溫陶瓷棉保溫性好，能降低主爐能源的消耗，降低排放。

3、The raw material can be completely cracked in the lower spiral drum, and then transferred to the slag box. When the level meter senses that the waste slag reaches the limited position, the water-cooled slag will be automatically discharged.

4、The oil and gas are cooled by condensation through the air bag connected above. The heavy oil and oil residue produced by condensation in the oil and gas can be directly returned to the main furnace for re cracking, effectively reducing the probability of the residual oil blocking the condensation pipeline.

5、The slag box equipped with this equipment can buffer the accumulation of waste slag, control the amount of slag output through the level meter, and make the production environment cleaner.

6、The equipment adopts special boiler cotton with better thermal insulation performance, which can reduce the energy consumption of the main furnace and reduce emissions.

7、 The feed of the equipment is particles within 2cm. Sustainability feed, slag and oil at the same time. Greatly improved the production efficiency. And greatly improved the quality of oil, carbon black. The viscosity of oil can reach 8.5. It is far beyond the level of 9.2 in the same industry.
