描述 | IMR-32細(xì)胞是1967年四月 W.W. Nichols, J. Lee and S. Dwight從一位13個(gè)月大的男嬰下腹部腫瘤中分離建株。 診斷認(rèn)為是神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤,并有少部分區(qū)域的器質(zhì)性分化。 包括兩種類型的細(xì)胞。 主要的是小的神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞樣的細(xì)胞。 另一種是大的透明成纖維細(xì)胞。 細(xì)胞提交到ATCC時(shí)已經(jīng)傳到第36代。 已經(jīng)證明細(xì)胞可以傳代培養(yǎng)到80代以上。 |
