產(chǎn)品概述：
QDX/QX型潛水泵（以下簡(jiǎn)稱電泵），  由水泵、密封、電動(dòng)機(jī)三部分組成。電泵內(nèi)配保護(hù)裝置，電動(dòng)機(jī)位于電泵上部，為單相或三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，水泵位于電動(dòng)機(jī)下部，為離心式葉輪，蝸殼結(jié)構(gòu)，水泵與電動(dòng)機(jī)之間采用雙端面機(jī)械密封，各固定止口密封處采用“O”形耐油橡膠密封作靜密封。

QDX/QX Submersible Pump
The electric pump is composed of three parts: water pump with centrifugal impellers and volute structure, mechanical seal and a three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is installed at bottom of the electric pump; the motor is set at upper of the electric pump; the mechanical seal with double terminal face is between the water pump and motor. “O” rings are applied in all static joints of the electric pump.

主要用途：
該系列電泵由于體積小、重量輕、特別適合廣大農(nóng)村井下抽水、農(nóng)田灌溉，養(yǎng)殖業(yè)增氧給排水，園林澆噴及旅館、食堂、高層建筑等場(chǎng)所供水之用。

Applications:

The electric pump has small bulk and light weight, which is widely applied to pump water from deep well, farmland’s irrigation, pond’s oxygen supplying and drainage and garden and park’s spraying etc.

 電泵在下列使用條件下應(yīng)能連續(xù)正常工作：
1、工作介質(zhì)為無腐蝕性的清水，介質(zhì)中含砂量的體積比不超過0．10％，粒度不大于0．20mm。
2、介質(zhì)溫度不超過40攝氏度，介質(zhì)的PH值在6．5—8．5之間。
3、電泵應(yīng)*浸入水中使用，潛水深度不宜超過3m,zui深不超過5m。電泵離水底0．5m以上，但不可陷入泥中。
4、電源頻率為50Hz，電壓?jiǎn)蜗酁?20V,三相為380V,電壓波動(dòng)范圍為額定值的0．9—1．1倍。

Work Conditions:

The temperature shall not be beyond 40℃, Ph should be between 6.5-8.5.

The volume ratio of solid partial content should be within 0.1% and the size of solid partial must be below 0.2mm.

The power should be 220V （single-phase）, 330V （three-phase） and 50Hz, and voltage is allowed to fluctuate between 0.9 to 1.1 times of its rated voltage.

The pump should be fully submerged into water with submerged depth of less than 3.0m and max depth of 5.0m. The pump should be mini 0.5m over the water bottom and not inserted into.
