【資料簡介】

本實驗室質(zhì)量管理體系依據(jù)IS0/IEC17025 :2017建立。
The laboratory quality management sys tems document is estab lished according to ISO/ IEC17025:2017.

本證書未經(jīng)簽章、數(shù)據(jù)涂改、或分離使用均無效。未經(jīng)我司書面批準，不得部分復(fù)制此證書。校準結(jié)果僅對受測儀器當(dāng)時
之情況負責(zé)。
The Certificate is invalid when no stamp sealed on, data alteration or separate use. Without our
written approval, the certification should not be partially duplicated. The cal ibration results are
only responsible for calibrat ion conditions of the instrument at the time.
3.本證書具有專業(yè)性，帶有相同證書編號、按頁碼順序的組成頁為校準證書，我司對本證書的內(nèi)容擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
The certificate is unique, and made up of pages with same certificate number and serial order, and
reserves final exp lanation right of the certificate contents.
4.
若被校儀器屬于強檢范疇，按照法規(guī)要求，不能替代檢定證書。
If the ins trument belongs to compulsory test field, the corresponding cal ibration can not rep lace the
verification according to the compulsory regulat ions.
帶※的參數(shù)項目表示不在CNAS認可范圍內(nèi)。
Parameter with asterisk‘※' is not within the accreditation by CNAS.
