IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因為由加速度傳感器產(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對其進行放大和信號調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。

美國Dytran的3215M1是一款IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，靈敏度10 mV/g，自帶10-32接口和10-32螺紋，工作溫度為+149℃。

The Dytran 3215M1 is a lightweight IEPE accelerometer, designed for applications where 360° orientation and a low profile design are critical. Available with a 10 mV/g sensitivity, the accelerometer incorporates a quartz shear crystal sensing element for high natural frequency, packaged in a rugged titanium housing. Units are case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference, and are designed to reliably operate in temperatures up to +300°F (+149°C).

Model 3215M1 features a 10-32 radial connector and thru hole to accommodate a 10-32 screw. The miniature thru hole design allows for the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing to ease of installation. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable performance in high humidity and dirty environments.
