這種應(yīng)用于冷卻塔風(fēng)機安全運行監(jiān)測的組合探頭，在其內(nèi)部分別集成了測量減速箱油溫、油位、和風(fēng)機機械振動信號的傳感、轉(zhuǎn)換和變送電路，探頭直接輸出與這些安全參量對應(yīng)的4～20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號。該探頭可以直接設(shè)備安全監(jiān)控器配接，也可以與DCS，PLC計算機測控系統(tǒng)連接使用。 該探頭能夠全方向監(jiān)測受控設(shè)備最為關(guān)鍵的安全運行指標(biāo)---機械振動。它同時完成X、Y、Z三個正交方向的高質(zhì)量振動測量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及減速箱內(nèi)部潤滑油溫度的測量。
   探頭內(nèi)部采用美國原產(chǎn)的微機械加工工藝振動傳感器，傳感器獲取的振動信號再經(jīng)由帶通波器、變換器、放大器、真有效值轉(zhuǎn)換器，zhui終由電壓/電流驅(qū)動電路產(chǎn)生出與振動烈度成正比的4～20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號。
   該探頭中集成了四個兩線制4～20mA變送器，即可以與風(fēng)機安全監(jiān)控器配接，也可以直接與計算機數(shù)據(jù)采集測控系統(tǒng)(DCS、PLC等)連接使用。

溫度測量特性： 潤滑油溫度測量范圍：0～100 ℃ ， 溫度測量綜合誤差：±3℃
●油位測量特性： 潤滑油油位測量范圍：-10～40㎜，   油位測量綜合誤差： ±5㎜ （0㎜處為減速箱正常油位下油限位置，被測介質(zhì)必須是非導(dǎo)電性介質(zhì)）
●振動測量特性： 振動測量范圍：0～20 ㎜/s ，測量輸出與振動速度的真有效值（RMS）成正比，振動測量頻帶范圍：10～1000HZ，振動測量綜合誤差：±1㎜/s
●信號輸出特性： 電流型輸出：DC/4～20mA ， zhui大負(fù)載電阻測算（含傳輸線內(nèi)阻）Rmax=（V－15）/0.02  （其中V為供電電壓）
●供電特性： 推薦工作電壓：DC/24V±2V，空載工作電壓：DC/15V，zhui高過載電壓：DC/36V ，zhui大瞬時工作電流：200mA，內(nèi)設(shè)電壓極性反接保護

hree parameter combination (oil level temperature vibration combination) probe is a general type combined probe that is used in cooling tower fan safety monitoring system. It can be connected with a variety of general two instruments, or computer data acquisition and control system (DCS, PLC, etc.).

This is applied to the fan gear box combined probe for safe operation of monitoring, in its internal integrated measuring temperature, oil level, vibration signal sensing, conversion and transmission circuit of direct output and the security parameters corresponding to the 4 ~ 20mA standard current signal, can be matched with a variety of general-purpose two meter or      computer digital acquisition monitoring system.

The probe temperature measurement with platinum resistance sensor and semiconductor integrated device; level measurement using a capacitive sensing principle; sensor for measuring      vibration, mechanical vibration acceleration signal acquisition, band-pass filter, an integral and true effective value through the amplifier (RMS) converter, the vibration waveform in the effective bandwidth of it effective value conversion; finally, the oil temperature, vibration generated by the 4 ~ 20mA output.

three parameter combination probe, the probe is an external thread form, is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan reduction box, and the probe rod is inserted into the reduction box, so as to get the lubricating oil temperature, the lubricating oil level and the box vibration signal in the reduction box, and complete the transformation output. Thread specifications and probe inserts need to be declared at the time of order. See Figure1.
