I-Glove手套式低(高)氧工作站
美國Biospherix公司致力于“為生命科學(xué)研究創(chuàng)造更好更適合的研究環(huán)境”,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計都基于一個理念:以實驗對象-細胞,為中心。讓體外研究更接近于體內(nèi)真實環(huán)境,讓研究更安全、高效。
I-Glove低氧(高氧)細胞工作站(配HEPA)
I-Glove組合型工作站集培養(yǎng)與操作于一體,培養(yǎng)區(qū)與操作區(qū)相分離,可分別對兩區(qū)域的氣體及濕度條件進行控制,zui大限度減少氣體消耗、避免樣品間交叉污染。
1、主要特點:
1) 可對內(nèi)部O2/CO2濃度進行精確控制,O2濃度范圍:1%—99.9%;CO2濃度范圍:1%—20%;
2) 加配HEPA(高效氣體過濾器),可進一步降低污染風險;
3) 寬敞的操作區(qū);另有雙人操作臺、紫外燈除菌功能可選;
4) 可與普通CO2培養(yǎng)箱配合一起使用,或配和Sub-Chamber培養(yǎng)模塊,精確控制氧氣0.1%-99.9%,進行缺氧實驗;
5) 可選配高級可編程控制器,進行間斷性缺氧、高低氧交替實驗。

2、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:
可用于模擬生物體內(nèi)的生理性低氧狀態(tài),使體外研究結(jié)果更接近于體內(nèi)的真實水平;或用于模擬生物體處于的特殊低氧/高氧/間歇性氧氣時的病理狀態(tài),以便進行相關(guān)機理及疾病的研究。例如:
(1)可廣泛適用于各種醫(yī)學(xué)研究中,用以建立不同疾病的體外研究模型。
(2)適用于腫瘤的研究,特別是確涉及到腫瘤低氧或腫瘤血管生成的研究,如HIF低氧誘導(dǎo)因子的相關(guān)機理研究
(3)適用于干細胞的相關(guān)研究,有研究表明低氧可以促進特定種類的干細胞存活、增殖和誘導(dǎo)分化。
(4)適用于藥物的研發(fā),模擬生物體內(nèi)低氧生理環(huán)境狀態(tài),進行藥物藥效的評估。
