保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

3.由于細胞內含抗原量不同，所以染色強度不一。如果細胞之間染色強度相同，常提示其反應為非特異性
4.陽性細胞染色定位于單個細胞，且與陰性細胞相互交雜分布；而非特異性染色常不限于單個細胞，而是累及一片細胞。
5.切片邊緣、刀痕或褶皺區(qū)域，壞死或擠壓的細胞區(qū)，膠原結締組織等，常表現(xiàn)為相同的陽性染色強度，不能用于判斷陽性。

產品介紹 Plaet-derived growth factor is a potent mitogen for cells of mesenchymal origin. Binding of this growth factor to its affinity receptor elicits a variety of cellular responses. It is released by plaets upon wounding and plays an important role in stimulating adjacent cells to grow and thereby heal the wound. Antiparallel disulfide-linked dimer of nonidentical (A and B) chains. Homodimers of A and B chains are implicated in transformation processes. The long form contains a basic insert which acts as a cell retention signal. A-A and B-B, as well as A-B, dimers can bind to the PDGF receptor. It belongs to the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family.
