該機(jī)是我公司消化﹑吸收*造紙?jiān)O(shè)備生產(chǎn)商-“VOith"和“Ahlstrom"公司技公司技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上研制開(kāi)發(fā)出的一種新型多級(jí)浮選脫墨設(shè)備,該設(shè)備通過(guò)新型特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的級(jí)間分離裝置,形成層次分明的多級(jí)浮選, 防止了不同浮選區(qū)間的漿料混合,而空氣的分散及與漿料的混合是靠特殊新型無(wú)堵塞和高效空氣分散乳化器組合完成的,該*裝置結(jié)構(gòu)使紙漿自上而下和空氣混合,形成的逆流浮選,空氣泡在設(shè)備內(nèi)多次被重復(fù)利用,由于漿料中充足的空氣流使整個(gè)浮選脫墨效率*,浮選前后白度變化大、亮度高、濃耗極低、纖維流失少,排除油墨的濃度高(可達(dá)1.5-6%),操作控制簡(jiǎn)單等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)。部分*含量彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)空白,是浮選脫墨的新型選擇設(shè)備。
二、用途
該設(shè)備適用于各種國(guó)內(nèi)(激光印刷、靜電復(fù)印)的辦公廢紙、廢報(bào)紙及國(guó)外(如:37﹟美廢、日廢、歐廢)等廢紙的浮選脫墨,能夠有效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質(zhì)塑料和其他憎水性物質(zhì)等。
三﹑主要結(jié)構(gòu)工作原理
本設(shè)備為全封閉結(jié)構(gòu),主要由進(jìn)漿總管、射流充氣系統(tǒng)、浮選槽體﹑級(jí)間分離機(jī)構(gòu)、噴漿嘴、高效空氣分散乳化器、高壓消泡系統(tǒng)油墨排放裝置、液位穩(wěn)漿箱等組成。
本機(jī)浮選槽體分為一段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)和二段浮選脫墨系統(tǒng)組成,內(nèi)可設(shè)4-6級(jí)浮選脫墨單元區(qū),一段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)目的是:*程度的去除油墨、膠粘物等雜質(zhì)。二段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)則是在*去除油墨等雜質(zhì)避免惡性循環(huán)的同時(shí)主要回收纖維。
其工作原理是:漿料首先通過(guò)一段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)的1級(jí)浮選單元。即:一段泵在:0.05—0.09Mpa極低的進(jìn)漿壓力下進(jìn)入微湍流空氣混合系統(tǒng),未脫墨的漿料在首混合系統(tǒng)內(nèi)被帶入高達(dá):40-50%空氣流后被分散成直徑大小不同的浮選氣泡與漿料完成首階段的充分混合后,油墨從導(dǎo)流系統(tǒng)上??;混合空氣后的漿料則繼續(xù)進(jìn)入第二階段的空氣分散乳化系統(tǒng)-空氣和漿料再次充分混合,油墨繼續(xù)從導(dǎo)流系統(tǒng)上浮;漿料自上而下依次類(lèi)推,載有油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質(zhì)塑料的空氣泡在漿料的微湍流下,油墨則很容易迅速上浮至液面,排出后油墨則進(jìn)入空氣消泡系統(tǒng),油墨在消泡池中消泡后,良漿被泵抽送至二段浮選脫墨系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行二次殘余油墨脫出和纖維分離,回收后良漿回到一段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)前的漿池,油墨等雜質(zhì)則消泡后直接排放掉,由于油墨濃度高可進(jìn)入鍋爐加煤焚燒,*節(jié)省了環(huán)保成本!
四、主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)
1. 浮選脫墨效率高
(1).不同于傳統(tǒng)浮選脫墨槽單次射流進(jìn)氣具有:新型無(wú)堵塞次微湍流系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)高達(dá)65%以上的空氣流保證了足夠的空氣量混合使得油墨等雜質(zhì)有充足的氣泡來(lái)混合-粘附-浮選使浮選氣泡量從源頭上有空氣保證。  
(2). 技術(shù)的多盤(pán)空氣分散乳化器,柔和均勻的將空氣泡和漿料多次混合、勻質(zhì)、均勻分散,氣泡細(xì)膩均勻,優(yōu)良合理的油墨導(dǎo)流系統(tǒng)使得油墨更加利于迅速上浮。
(3).該浮選槽不同于傳統(tǒng)MAC浮選脫墨槽單元浮選結(jié)構(gòu),浮選區(qū)之間不會(huì)產(chǎn)生區(qū)間漿料混合的問(wèn)題,使得各浮選區(qū)之間不受影響,區(qū)和區(qū)之間有著極其明顯的油墨去除和白度變化。
(3). 該浮選槽內(nèi)由于通氣元件和噴漿嘴離液面較淺行程很短所以大量氣泡產(chǎn)生后帶著油墨被迅速被浮出,能夠有效有效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質(zhì)塑料和其他憎水性物質(zhì)等。所以在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中也可以根據(jù)廢紙質(zhì)量的好、差及生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品檔次可靈活開(kāi)5個(gè)浮選脫墨單元區(qū)的3-5個(gè)都可以。
單臺(tái)CXLF型浮選脫墨槽的浮選效率相當(dāng)于2臺(tái)ECO式浮選脫墨槽或代替3臺(tái)傳MAC全封閉浮選脫墨槽。
2.纖維流小
(1). 該浮選槽體分為一段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)和二段浮選脫墨系統(tǒng)組成,內(nèi)可設(shè)4-6級(jí)浮選脫墨單元區(qū)。一段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)目的是:在不計(jì)較纖維流失的情況下*程度的去除油墨等雜質(zhì)。二段浮選脫墨區(qū)系統(tǒng)則是在*去除油墨避免惡性循環(huán)的同時(shí)主要回收良漿,因此纖維流失極低。這是其他種類(lèi)浮選脫墨所沒(méi)有的結(jié)構(gòu),新穎浮選結(jié)構(gòu)保證了成品脫墨漿的高得率。
3.動(dòng)力消耗低
(1)由于該浮選槽*的二段湍流系統(tǒng)射流器及易于觀察的半封閉結(jié)構(gòu)使得進(jìn)漿壓力只有:0.05—0.09Mpa,動(dòng)力僅為傳統(tǒng)MAC全封閉浮選脫墨槽1/10和ECO臥式浮選浮選脫墨槽的1/5,動(dòng)力消耗低,*的降低效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質(zhì)塑料和其他憎水性物質(zhì)等。

4.操作和自動(dòng)控制簡(jiǎn)單
(1).新型無(wú)堵塞微湍流系統(tǒng)能帶入高達(dá)65%可將空氣帶入漿中并能將空氣分散成合適直徑的浮選氣泡與紙漿混合,只須簡(jiǎn)單調(diào)整即可達(dá)到合理狀態(tài),可隨時(shí)開(kāi)車(chē)或停車(chē),而不會(huì)影響出漿質(zhì)量,而且能夠通過(guò)肉眼隨時(shí)觀察各段浮選區(qū)的油墨浮選情況及白度變化。
(2).空氣微湍流分散乳化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定操作簡(jiǎn)單,浮選槽間的的組合合理,液位控制簡(jiǎn)單、穩(wěn)定,生產(chǎn)能力變幅大。
五、主要性能
1.      浮選后的漿料白度高,亮度好。
CXLF型浮選設(shè)備在漿濃度1.4%時(shí)浮選效率(以白度提高為準(zhǔn))可以與通常的浮選設(shè)備在漿濃1.0%時(shí)相媲美,脫墨后漿料的亮度比通常的浮選設(shè)備要高出2-4度。
         2.可調(diào)節(jié)空氣與漿料的比例,相對(duì)緩和豐富的空氣流能能有效去除廣譜范圍(5-550um)油墨顆粒、NCR膠囊、填料、輕質(zhì)塑料和其他憎水性物質(zhì)等,尤其是國(guó)內(nèi)外辦公廢紙及畫(huà)報(bào)的中、大型片狀油墨顆粒膠粘物效果尤佳。
3.正常操作過(guò)程中,無(wú)需清洗,沒(méi)有噴水管,不需耗用清水,浮選槽內(nèi)始終充滿(mǎn)漿料和泡沫。

六﹑操作
開(kāi)機(jī):
1.     一次開(kāi)車(chē)前,向浮選脫墨槽注水至視窗并調(diào)整浮選前漿池濃度在:0.8-1.3%。
2.     關(guān)閉射流器進(jìn)水閥門(mén),打開(kāi)射流器進(jìn)氣閥門(mén)和油墨收集槽噴淋水閥門(mén)。
3.     依次開(kāi)啟空氣分散乳化系統(tǒng)主機(jī)、攪拌電機(jī)、1級(jí)進(jìn)漿泵。
4.     調(diào)節(jié)各級(jí)進(jìn)漿閥門(mén),使各級(jí)進(jìn)漿壓力達(dá)到:0.05—0.09Mpa.
5.     調(diào)整槽體液位控制液位在無(wú)良漿流失前提下盡量排油墨之排放量max
6.     啟動(dòng)二段浮選脫墨區(qū)進(jìn)漿泵,控制槽體液位使排出的油墨濃度越高,流失的纖維越少。      
停機(jī):
1. 停一段浮選脫墨1級(jí)進(jìn)漿泵、空氣分散乳化系統(tǒng)主機(jī)、攪拌電機(jī)及二段浮選脫墨區(qū)漿泵。
2. 打開(kāi)射流器進(jìn)水閥門(mén),清水沖洗射流器內(nèi)2-3分鐘后,關(guān)閉進(jìn)水閥門(mén)和油墨區(qū)噴淋水閥門(mén)。
*停機(jī):
1.     必須將設(shè)備定期*清洗,關(guān)閉所有漿泵及水閥。
2.     用水來(lái)運(yùn)行脫墨槽,直到漿料懸浮液*被水代替。
3. 排空系統(tǒng)并清洗槽體積垢。
4. 通過(guò)入人孔清除槽體內(nèi)充氣元件的積垢。
安全事項(xiàng):
             在維護(hù)和修理工作之前,要保證脫墨槽上下漿泵等設(shè)備電機(jī)電源切斷,特別在進(jìn)入槽體內(nèi),必須打開(kāi)所有人孔蓋,務(wù)必保證設(shè)備和所有漿管已排空和泄壓,采取適當(dāng)?shù)陌踩胧┮苑乐乖谇娴某氐谆?。還要向脫墨槽內(nèi)提供充足的空氣,因槽體內(nèi)殘留的化學(xué)品和腐漿會(huì)產(chǎn)生有害氣體,這些有害氣體會(huì)沉積在底部,因?yàn)樗瓤諝庵?,故進(jìn)人必需注意安全防護(hù)措施!
七﹑設(shè)備安裝
本設(shè)備節(jié)省占地空間:系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單,自成一體。只需配備少量輸漿和排渣管道即可。
