Estimation of Serum IL-1β and TNF-α Level. Serum samples were disintegrated in 5 volumes of ice-cold RIPA buffer. After incubation on ice for 30 minutes, samples were centrifuged twice at 20,000 Xg for 15 minutes at 4°C. The resulting supernatants were used for assay. The concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α was determined using a commercial ELISA kit (Shanghai Jinma Biological Technology, Inc., China) following the manufacture’s instruction.
