Plate set up

If the user do this assay for the first time, it is recommended to do a pre-test with two strips. A suggested plate format for pre-test is shown below. This plate format is just available for cell supernatant, tissue homogenate,urine??or serum/plasm where the recommended dilution is not provided in the manual. The user may vary the location and type of wells present as necessary for each particular experiment.
 
 
After the pre-test, choose a suitable dilution to go on the assay. The plate format is shown below.
