Stability: The enzyme is more stable at elevated temperatures than Taq DNA Polymerase. Pwo DNA Polymerase has a half-life of more than 2 hours at 100°C, while Taq DNA Polymerase has a half-life of less than 5 minutes at this temperature.
Product Description
Brief description: Pwo DNA Polymerase is a highly processive 5´ → 3´ DNA polymerase that has a 3´ → 5´ exonuclease activity （also known as proofreading activity）. The enzyme has no detectable 5´ → 3´ exonuclease activity. Absence of nucleases: The enzyme is tested on various substrates to ensure the absence of detectable endonucleases, exonucleases, and nicking activity.
Application
Pwo DNA Polymerase is a thermostable polymerase with an extremely low error rate （18-fold lower than Taq DNA Polymerase）. Activity: The enzyme is tested on activated DNA. 了解更多詳細信息
