產(chǎn)品有單層，雙層，三層結(jié)構(gòu)，其中雙層zui常用。表面層為0.3-0.5mm厚的靜電耗散層，底層為1.5-1.7mm厚的導(dǎo)電層。鋪設(shè)防靜電臺(tái)墊的主要目的是使人體及臺(tái)面接觸的ESDS鑷子，工具，器具，儀表達(dá)到均一的電位并釋放靜電，同時(shí)使靜電敏感器件（SSD）不受摩擦起電等靜電放電現(xiàn)象的干擾，從而達(dá)到靜電防護(hù)的效果。
