CDA4-F15 MULTIPLE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥是參考國外同類產(chǎn)品，并根據(jù)國內(nèi)工程車輛的實際需要研制而成的新產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品具有功能全、性能佳、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕等優(yōu)點，并在保證進口樣機性能的前提下，加大了油路通道，使壓力損失減小，降低了能耗、減小了系統(tǒng)的發(fā)熱。
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥為片式結(jié)構(gòu)，用戶根據(jù)需要可在10連內(nèi)任意選用，可組成并聯(lián)、串并聯(lián)及并聯(lián)與串并聯(lián)的組合油路形式，有O、Ox、R、A、B、Y等多種滑閥機能。其中R型機能用于叉車門架前限速，避免由于負(fù)載和門架重力作用而產(chǎn)生的超速運動和氣穴現(xiàn)象，使前傾動作安全平穩(wěn)，Ox型機能用于執(zhí)行機構(gòu)中屬具的工作，它能有效的保證屬具動作平穩(wěn)可靠。各種機能具有良好的微動特性，各工作油口可安裝過載閥，其壓力按用戶要求調(diào)定。
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥進油閥體上設(shè)有控制主系統(tǒng)壓力的主安全閥和控制轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)壓力的轉(zhuǎn)向安全閥，其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，啟閉性能好，噪聲小，進油閥體內(nèi)可帶一穩(wěn)流裝置向轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定流量，保證轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的正常工作，從而實現(xiàn)單泵同時供油給轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)和工作系統(tǒng)。該產(chǎn)品適用于3噸以下的叉車、輕中型裝載機及其它工程，礦山機械的液壓系統(tǒng)中。它不但能實現(xiàn)多個執(zhí)行機構(gòu)的集中控制，并可帶單路穩(wěn)流分流閥向主機轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定地流量，使轉(zhuǎn)向性能可靠，理想的替代了進口元件。
